As the record industry continues its failed attempt at stemming the tide of piracy, they are starting to point the finger at ISP’s (Internet Service Providers), implying that these companies are doing nothing to inhibit the flow of pirated copyrights. That would be like telling the government they have a responsibility to stop every car on a highway to check it illegal contraband.
